The CHIDO Black Boxy Fit Overshirt is part of the Especie en Extinción collection, combining Mexican streetwear influences with a relaxed, structured silhouette.

Made from 100% cotton twill, this short-sleeve overshirt offers the structure of a shirt jacket with the comfort and versatility of an everyday streetwear piece. Its boxy fit creates a loose, contemporary silhouette designed for easy layering.

The front features the CHIDO logo, while the back showcases a Catrina surrounded by cempasúchil flowers and elements inspired by Día de Muertos.

The artwork was developed in collaboration with Mexican artist Yorckh Juárez Jácome for the Especie en Extinción collection, bringing together Mexican tradition, Chicano culture and contemporary streetwear.

Designed in Sayulita and made in Mexico.

We know that when it comes to washing, there are always more questions than answers, so here are some key tips to take care of your Chido garments and preserve their shape, color, and style:

• Hand wash or machine wash on delicate setting.
• Always with cold water (~25–30 ºC).
• Avoid scrubbing hard or using harsh detergents.
• Do not squeeze hard.
• Hang dry outdoors, ideally in the sun.
• If you iron, do it on the reverse side to protect the prints.
• Put on some music. Take your time. It's part of the ritual.

We ship from Sayulita to all of Mexico and abroad. Cost and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Returns:
You have 7 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return through our website or WhatsApp. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

If the mistake was ours, we'll cover the shipping. If you change your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping.

One of my favorite pieces from CHIDO. The cotton twill feels durable and the boxy fit gives it a really cool streetwear look. I also love that it’s unisex and can be worn either as an overshirt or a light jacket. The Mexican-inspired details make it feel really unique.
